General

We are a medium-sized tax consultancy and law firm in Frankfurt am Main. Our office is centrally and conveniently located in Frankfurt’s city centre. We mainly advise small and medium-sized businesses, but also individual clients.

Tax consultancy

We provide support for our clients in all tax matters, from simple tax returns to financial statements and advice on complex tax issues.

Legal advice

Our lawyers will be happy to advise you in legal matters. We specialise in industrial property law and commercial and company law.

Special features (languages)

We also provide advice and support with regard to the domestic market and to foreign clients. We speak several languages, i.e. English, Spanish, Italian.

Fees

Our services are normally charged based on the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz - RVG) and the German Tax Consultancy Fees Regulation (Steuerberatergebührenverordnung - StBGebV). Provided that an appropriate advisory service can be charged according to the time needed to complete it, then hourly rates or a flat-rate fee can also be arranged.
