Trademark Application IR - Mark

We file your trademark application with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in Genf. Based on a national or community trademark an IR-Mark can be registered for more than 80 member states of the Madrid Agreement (MMA) and Madrid Protocol (PMMA).

Trademarks registered through this Madrid System are national trademarks in each state as if it would have been registered nationally. IR - marks are protected for ten years and may be extended for unlimited times. Trademark application will be made trough us as agent.

  • draft the classification listing of goods and services
  • complete the application form and send it to the WIPO
  • general correspondence with the Patent and Trademark Office
  • check and forward the filing receipt
  • check payment of fees
  • check terms of filing
  • check and forward of registration certificate
  • check the term for oppositions against the trademark registration
If the WIPO gives notice that it will reject the the application you will be notified be us and an estimate of additional fees will be provided.
