The Firm is committed to providing its clients efficient and responsive services. Our office is centrally and conveniently located in Frankfurt’s city centre. LÜBECK mainly advises medium-sized businesses, but also individual clients.

LÜBECK has an strong expertise in IP - law (trademark law, competition law, copyright law) and commercial and company law. Furthermore we advice in Spanish law. Our firm is member of INTA, ECTA, AIPPI, GRUR, DAV and DRGI.

We also provide advice and support with regard to the domestic market and to foreign clients. We speak several languages, i.e. English, Spanish, Italian.

Fees

Our services are normally charged based on the German Lawyers’ Remuneration Act (Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz - RVG). Provided that an appropriate advisory service can be charged according to the time needed to complete it, then hourly rates or a flat-rate fee can also be arranged.

Before accepting our services, our office can first of all provide you with a fee proposal upon request.
