Industrial Design Registration in OAPI
Here you can mandate us to register your design in a member country of OAPI or in the area of any of its member states.
The Organisation Africaine de la Propriété Intellectuelle (OAPI) is an international organisation for cooperation among African states in industrial property matters. The protection time for an industrial design will be 5 years and can be renewed two times up to 15 years. Member states are: Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivorycoast, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Cameroon, Republic Congo, Mali, Mauretania, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Tschad, Central Afrique Republic.
