Would like to know if you are able to assist in forming University License in any of the jurisdictions you work? For example it can be cape verde. University to offer both online and offline courses.

Can i use a .com/.net/.eu/.de domain for my company when i know there is product on the market in Germany under the same name as what to use. I checked for trademark which they don't have and we are selling the same kind of products.

for example, a company has copyright certificate of its brand name "ABC" under Class 16. Now, can another company get copyright certificate of same brand name "ABC" under different class suppose class 9?

However, in the moment it is almost impossible to open a bank account for a GmbH with an Iranian background. And without a bank account the company can basically not be registered.
