What is the difference registering the trademark on the European Community and single countries trademark in the EU. Is it the same exact trademark ?

I would like to know that Iranian People can establish a company in Germany ?
If Yes , let me know about the conditions.
We have a company which working in food activity and we interested to invest in Germany on agricultural activity .

However, in the moment it is almost impossible to open a bank account for a GmbH with an Iranian background. And without a bank account the company can basically not be registered. for example, a company has copyright certificate of its brand name "ABC" under Class 16. Now, can another company get copyright certificate of same brand name "ABC" under different class suppose class 9?

Can i use a .com/.net/.eu/.de domain for my company when i know there is product on the market in Germany under the same name as what to use. I checked for trademark which they don't have and we are selling the same kind of products.
