Experience

Ariane has considerable experience in contentious intellectual property matters including copyright, patent and trade mark infringement, passing-off and opposition/cancellation proceedings. She specialises in Trade Mark Registration in the Caribbean and Latin American regions and has forged strong working relationships with a network of agents in these territories. Ariane also handles commercial transactions including trade mark agreements, copyright licensing agreements and distribution/agency agreements.
