PATENTES, MODELOS DE UTILIDAD, DISEÃ?OS INDUSTRIALES<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 1) Nombre completo del solicitante, nacionalidad y dirección de la oficina principal.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 2) Especificaciones y reivindicaciones: Tres copias en idioma Español o una copia en cualquier otro idioma para su traducción al Español.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 3) Planos y dibujos, si los hubiere.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 4) Copia cetificada por Notario Público del documento de prioridad (primera solicitud)<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 5) Poder legalizado por el Consulado del Ecuador.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 6) Documento de Cesión de derechos del(los) inventor(es) legalizado por el Consulado del Ecuador.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> | MARCAS DE FABRICA, DE SERVICIOS, NOMBRES COMERCIALES<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 1) Nombre completo del solicitante, nacionalidad y dirección de la oficina principal.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 2) Lista de artÃculos o servicios a ser protegidos y la Clase Internacional a la que pertenecen.<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 3) Seis (6) impresos de la marca en blanco y negro (máximo 5 x 5 cm.)<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 4) Poder legalizado por el Consulado del Ecuador<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> 5) Copia certificada por Notario Público del documento de prioridad (en caso de reivindicación)<o:p></o:p> <o:p></o:p> |
El plazo de vigencia, a partir de la fecha de presentación de la solicitud, será: Patentes: 20 años - Modelos de utilidad: 10 años - Diseños industriales: 8 años.
El registro de una marca de fábrica o de servicios tendrá una duración de 10 años contados a partir de la fecha de su concesión y podrá renovarse por perÃodos sucesivos de 10 años.
El registro de un nombre comercial tendrá duración indefinida.

The term of validity as of the date of presentation of the relevant application shall be: Patents: 20 years - Utility models: 10 years - Industrial designs: 8 years.
