a power of attorney with the authorization to represent me/us in all administrative and legal taxation affairs. The authorized person is empowered to make legally binding statements in my/our name(s), to file applications, to initiate and revoke legal proceedings as well as to make legally binding signatures.

This power of attorney also covers the authorization of substitution and is also valid for the taxation system until revoked.*)

Tax bills and all other administrative acts (including certified mail and deliveries of writ) as well as notices of judgement and all orders of a court are made to be notified exclusively to the authorized person. All notifications beyond that, e.g. monitory letters are to be delivered to the granter(s) of power.
